Baton Rouge, LA - Lip Sync Battle, The Varsity Theatre - December 3, 2019

  • The YPACS of Baton Rouge put on a Lip Sync battle benefitting ACS each year in December. The event features teams of 2 with a panel of "celebrity" judges. In both 2017 and 2018 the event brought in a little over $50,000.

New Orleans, LA - Shuck Cancer, Outside of Superior Seafood, November 21, 2019

  • Shuck Cancer is an outdoor block party styled event on Napoleon Avenue in front of Superior Seafood and boasts over 36 varietes of wine paired with 20 different types of oysters not just regionally but throughout the country. We also have the privilege of honoring 20 young professionals or “Shucker” honorees (10 men and 10 women) who engage in a fundraising competition to win the title “Shucker of the Year.” For our inaugural event we had over 650 attendees and also offered non-oyster cuisine, silent auction and live entertainment.
